While the Mind Your Uptime® platform combines the very best hardware, custom-designed software and a global network, the way it works is powerfully simple.

In a nutshell, Mind Your Uptime® makes regular requests for a response from your various online websites and applications. We then monitor and measure those responses to ensure they are performing as they should be.

If we’re not getting a response, or things are slow, you’re the first to know via instant email and/or SMS alerts. We'll also let you know as soon as they are back up again.
For example, if we're monitoring your website our server will request a web page from that site to ensure that it not only loads, but loads at the correct speed. If we’re monitoring your email, we send a request to your mail server to ensure it ‘talks’ back to us.
