Mind Your Uptime ® is an Australian company providing uptime monitoring services to customers all over the world.

The business was founded in 2008 by David Hancock – the man behind Geeks2U, Australia’s leading provider of onsite computer support – and has rapidly established itself as a leading uptime company globally.

The idea stemmed from the need for a simple solution for the Geeks2U website. With an important customer relationship management tool hosted online and a significant investment in online marketing, Geeks2U stood to lose thousands of dollars should their website go down – which it did in 2007, going undetected for a few hours.

Determined to stop this happening again, David set about designing a simple yet powerful service that monitored the Geeks2U website 24/7 and alerted his team of any problems. After mentioning the solution to some customers, it fast became clear that this was a problem for thousands of businesses. Mind Your Uptime was born.
